En Connected Stable («la App», «nosotros») nos tomamos en serio tu privacidad. Esta política explica qué datos personales tratamos, con qué finalidad y base legal, con quién los compartimos y qué derechos tienes, conforme al Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD, UE 2016/679) y demás normativa aplicable.

No vendemos tus datos personales. Los compartimos únicamente con proveedores que los tratan por cuenta nuestra (encargados del tratamiento):
Algunos proveedores (Google) pueden tratar datos en EE. UU. Estas transferencias se amparan en las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea y/o el marco EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Conservamos tus datos mientras tu cuenta esté activa. Cuando eliminas tu cuenta desde la App (Ajustes → Zona de peligro), borramos tu perfil y tus datos personales. Algunos datos operativos de la cuadra pueden conservarse de forma pseudonimizada (sin tu nombre ni tu correo) para preservar la integridad de los registros compartidos con otros miembros, o cuando exista una obligación legal de conservarlos (p. ej. datos de facturación).
Tienes derecho a acceder a tus datos, rectificarlos, suprimirlos, portarlos, oponerte a su tratamiento y solicitar su limitación, así como a retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y tus datos personales directamente desde la App. Para el resto de solicitudes, escríbenos a contact@connectedstable.com. También tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control competente (en España, la AEPD; en Alemania, la autoridad de protección de datos de tu Land).
Ciframos las comunicaciones (HTTPS/TLS), almacenamos tu sesión de forma cifrada en el dispositivo (Keychain/Keystore) y aplicamos reglas de acceso que aíslan los datos de cada cuadra. Ningún sistema es completamente seguro, pero trabajamos activamente para proteger tu información.
La App no está dirigida a menores de 16 años y no recogemos conscientemente sus datos. Si crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos personales, contáctanos y los eliminaremos.
Podemos actualizar esta política ocasionalmente. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página e indicaremos la fecha de la última actualización.

At Connected Stable (“the App”, “we”) we take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that process it on our behalf (processors):
Some providers (Google) may process data in the USA. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account from the App (Settings → Danger zone), we delete your profile and personal data. Some stable operational data may be retained in pseudonymized form (without your name or email) to preserve the integrity of records shared with other members, or where we are legally required to retain it (e.g. invoicing data).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to and request restriction of the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You can delete your account and personal data directly from the App. For other requests, contact us at contact@connectedstable.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Germany, the data protection authority of your Land; in Spain, the AEPD).
We encrypt communications (HTTPS/TLS), store your session encrypted on the device (Keychain/Keystore) and apply access rules that isolate each stable’s data. No system is completely secure, but we actively work to protect your information.
The App is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the current version on this page and indicate the date of the last update.

Wir verkaufen deine personenbezogenen Daten nicht. Wir geben sie nur an Dienstleister weiter, die sie in unserem Auftrag verarbeiten (Auftragsverarbeiter):
Einige Anbieter (Google) können Daten in den USA verarbeiten. Diese Übermittlungen sind durch die Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission und/oder das EU-US Data Privacy Framework abgesichert.
Wir speichern deine Daten, solange dein Konto aktiv ist. Wenn du dein Konto in der App löschst (Einstellungen → Gefahrenzone), löschen wir dein Profil und deine personenbezogenen Daten. Einige betriebliche Stalldaten können in pseudonymisierter Form (ohne deinen Namen oder deine E-Mail) aufbewahrt werden, um die Integrität der mit anderen Mitgliedern geteilten Einträge zu wahren, oder wenn wir gesetzlich zur Aufbewahrung verpflichtet sind (z. B. Rechnungsdaten).
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung sowie das Recht, deine Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen.
Du kannst dein Konto und deine personenbezogenen Daten direkt in der App löschen. Für andere Anfragen kontaktiere uns unter contact@connectedstable.com. Du hast außerdem das Recht, dich bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren (in Deutschland die Datenschutzbehörde deines Bundeslandes).
Wir verschlüsseln die Kommunikation (HTTPS/TLS), speichern deine Sitzung verschlüsselt auf dem Gerät (Keychain/Keystore) und wenden Zugriffsregeln an, die die Daten jedes Stalls isolieren. Kein System ist vollständig sicher, aber wir arbeiten aktiv am Schutz deiner Daten.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren, und wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von ihnen. Wenn du glaubst, dass uns ein Minderjähriger personenbezogene Daten übermittelt hat, kontaktiere uns, und wir werden sie löschen.
Wir können diese Erklärung gelegentlich aktualisieren. Wir veröffentlichen die jeweils gültige Fassung auf dieser Seite und geben das Datum der letzten Aktualisierung an.
